People & Culture Co-Ordinator

We’ve got space for you to join our friendly team. We are a collaborative and energetic team, supporting circa 180 employees across the Isle of Man, Jersey, and Guernsey.

Professionalism, ethical practice, and attention to detail are vital components, but we are also seeking someone who can generate ideas and is prepared to get involved.

You will have relevant experience, be passionate about people, and be confident with IT systems. Working within the People & Culture team, you will have insight into confidential information, so you must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and discretion.

As it’s a small team you will have the opportunity to be involved in and learn the full range of Payroll, HR, and Learning & Development (L&D) generalist activities, with the ability to assist in project work as it becomes available.
