I recently moved house, why isn’t my Direct Debit showing on my statements anymore?
When you change banks you need to create a new Direct Debit due to the reference which the bank requires. Each individual property requires a new Direct Debit setting up in order to generate a new reference. Please contact us and we can help you to set up a new Direct Debit.
Can I transfer my account from one property to another?
Yes, you can move your account by completing a Moving House Form, available on our website. Contact our Customer Services Team for any further queries you may have.
